A: We sell and ship nearly all kinds of products produced in China. We purchase from the place of origin. We directly cooperate with experienced, certificated and qualified OEM export factories/suppliers to reduce costs and offer high quality products.

Q: How can I get the products I want?
A: You can purchase them on our product pages directly, or click here to tell us what you are looking for. For personalized inquiries we will send you our quotation based on specification and quantity of the product. If acceptable, we will move on to sampling (if needed) and ordering. After your payment is received, we will arrange procurement and ship the goods to you.

Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer personalizing, sampling, logo printing, quality checking, wrapping and delivery services. Our online customer service is also available.

Q: I'd like some products from different categories with small order quantities like 1-6 pcs each. Can you manage them into one package for me?
A: Yes of course we can. You can purchase them on our product pages directly or tell us what you need. We'll make the best plan for you.

Q: How can you make sure the goods are exactly what I ordered?
A: Before delivery, we will make quality checking, measuring and photo/video confirmation on the products. If they don’t work well, or if they are not matching the description, we will inform you to request refund or exchange.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can directly order and pay on our product pages. Or we send you a personalized page with order details and payment entrance. Currently we only accept debit card, credit card and PayPal payments in USD.

Q: Where is my package shipped from? How long does it take to arrive?
A: We ship from China to all over the world. After order confirmation and receipt of payment, it usually takes 10-25 days to North America, 10-20 days to Europe, 15-20 days to Oceania, 10-30 days to Asia, 15-30 days to South America, 20-50 days to Africa. It may take longer due to bad weathers, holidays, busy seasons, customs procedures, strikes or personalization.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: You can login and see order details here. After the goods are prepared to deliver, we will email you their photos or videos for confirmation. After delivery, we will send you the courier tracking number via email.

Q: Do I have to go through the Customs clearance process and pay the tariff for my package?
A: No, you don't have to. We will go through the clearance and pay the tariff for you.

Q: Where should I expect my package?
A: The couriers will deliver the package right to your doorstep.
