After order confirmation and receipt of payment, it usually takes 10-25 days to North America, 10-20 days to Europe, 15-20 days to Oceania, 10-30 days to Asia, 15-30 days to South America, 20-50 days to Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to bad weathers, holidays, busy seasons, customs procedures, strikes or personalization.

5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

       1. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of signing for the express delivery.

       2. The goods must remain in a brand-new and unused state, without any wear, scratches, deformation or other conditions that affect secondary sales.

       3. The original packaging and accessories (such as manuals, packaging boxes, gadgets, etc.) must be complete. Provide proof of purchase, such as order screenshots or invoices.

*Returns and exchanges process

1. 1. Please contact our customer service team within the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange.
   2. We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met.
   3. After the review is passed, the customer needs to return the goods and related accessories to the designated address, and the freight shall be prepaid.
